Upon entering Yellowstone, the words... "serene", "pristine" and "vast"came to my mind and spirit. The starkness of winter white with dotted dark green trees and the crisp cold air was so purifying and renewing. I could not help but be in awe of this majesty of nature.
As we went further and further in, swirls of colors and steam broke through the starkness. It was such a surprise of color and explosion. From the peace of the rolling mountains, came the rumblings and power of the earth beneath me. With over half the world's geysers right in front of me side by side with bubbling rivers of mud, hot springs and calderas, this was a geological wonderland. Nature invited me to go deeper and she quietly unfolded her glorious designs for all to see.
